Charles & Keith is a global retail powerhouse with deep Singaporean roots. However, their legacy media buying strategy was heavily reliant on print media and static, basic catalog carousels. They partnered with us to build a modern, aggressive paid media infrastructure capable of scaling their Asian brand DNA into Western and American markets without losing their core identity.

Objective
We engineered a highly localized 3-layer funnel strategy across multiple continents. Backed by a direct support line to Meta’s elite buying team, we executed rigorous multivariate testing and deployed dynamic video and AI assets.


Challenge
Transitioning a massive, established brand away from basic product placements. We had to architect a localized ad approach for different continents, balancing Eastern heritage with Western consumer psychology. We needed to completely overhaul their outdated creative protocols and introduce high-volume, trend-driven video assets tailored to specific regional attention spans.
We engineered a highly localized 3-layer funnel strategy across multiple continents. Backed by a direct support line to Meta’s elite buying team, we executed rigorous multivariate testing and deployed dynamic video and AI assets.

We now dominate the premium fast-fashion paid ecosystem across Asia and the Middle East. By replacing static product shots with a dynamic, trending content engine, we dramatically skyrocketed audience engagement and slashed the Cost Per Result by a massive 30% globally.
